Vegieburgers

1/2 onion
1 large carrot
1 large zucchini
3 med potatoes
1 cup of oat flour
1 cup breadcrumbs and/or LSA
soy milk
margarine
salt, pepper, ground chilli, cumin and coriander.
-smoosh the balls into flat patties, coat with LSA or breadcrumbs (LSA tastes better, but breadcrumbs cook quicker)
-wait to cool and then proceed with face-stuffing. don't share with anyone, except me.
