Pasta E Ceci

  • Fry 1 brown onion in lots of olive oil.

  • Add 2 cans of chick peas.

  • Add water and one vegan chicken stock cube and one low-salt vegan chicken stock cube (or two low-salt stock cubes and some salt).

  • Add about 2 big sprigs of rosemary and lots of fresh black pepper.

  • 12 minutes before serving, add 1 cup of small pasta shells and cook.
