Mushroom Burgers

2 c. mushrooms 1 small potato (boil) 1/2 onion, diced 2 T olive oil 2 T soy sauce 2 T tomato paste (I used Arrabiata sauce) 1 c. cooked couscous 1 c. nutritional yeast 2 cloves garlic 2 c. rolled oats noegg whatever herbs and spices you’d like

Whizz all that in a food processor. Fry.
