It's an amalgam of recipes (mostly I do that) but basically you cook the lentils in vegi stock or cook them with finely chopped vegies like carrots celery and onion..I opted to use vegi stock powder (lazy me!)..so they absorb the flavour and are very tasty. Simmer until cooked and they have absorbed all the liquid then while still hot str in about 2 tables spoons of wholemeal flour per 1 cup dried lentils that you used, this makes it all stick together. Mix in fried onions I uesed 2 and you can use cumin and or coriander. I added toasted sesame seed which was yummy.

When cool enough to handle, roll into balls and flatten into patties with flour in your hands.
